I joined BEE FIT because I sucked at lifting weights. It's said that you should focus on your weaknesses, and I had some serious weaknesses in my body. I knew that if I joined some other box-gym, I would just be wasting my time since I had no idea what a good weight routine looked like, nor how to lift them. Ryan's attention, knowledge and drive keeps me on task, encourages me to push harder and reminds me of proper form when I get fatigued. I'm a long distance runner that was frequently pestered with overuse injuries, which I knew were related to my lack of strength. After 3-months at BEE FIT I can see significant improvements in my strength, endurance and overall well-being. The cross-over to running I'm getting is incredible!
